Redemption Family Home Raising orphanded children of Haiti in the name of Jesus

The home was formed in May 2014. Wisler had been traveling and doing ministry when he came across 20 children living on the streets of Haiti. The children were surviving together living off trash and animal excrement. The Lord began working on Wisler’s heart to take in the children and provide a better life for them. After some time of wrestling with God, he finally surrendered and took the children into his home after extensive failed efforts to find a family member to take them. Right after taking them in, nine of the children passed away. While living on the streets they had been bit by a rabid dog. Unfortunately when Wisler found out it was too late for treatment. Heartbroken, Wisler continued with the calling the Lord had placed on his heart. Today, Wisler has 11 children that he is providing a clean, safe, and Christ centered home for them to grow as a family unit. The children are provided the basic needs to live and attend school. They are learning how to be a child, and also learning how to love. While we may find these things to be very simple in nature, to them it is a dream come true! All of this was made possible because Wisler followed the call of God to care and love them. Today they have bright futures in the name of Jesus!

Psalm 10:17-18  “Lord, you know the hopes of the helpless. Surely you will hear their cries and comfort them. You will bring justice to the orphans and the oppressed, so mere people can no longer terrify them.”

He can do all this only by the Grace of God and your support
